T-shirt Pens

Another activity that we did whilst we were on holiday was using t-shirt pens to design our own vests.

wpid-20140525_135055.jpgIn the afternoons when it was too hot, after lunch, we went back to our hotel room to chill out for an hour.

wpid-20140525_134938.jpgI had bought a multipack of vests for each of the kids from good old Sainsburys, along with a packet of t-shirt pens. And that is all you need! So it is a lovely and cheap and easy activity for them to do. Plus being on holiday somewhere hot, they could wear their vests outside so it saved on packing as many other t-shirts!wpid-20140525_140132.jpg

Each day I gave them 1 t-shirt and the pens and let them go wild.
Rachel was a lot more keen to have a go and write things and draw things but Jack, after a couple of initial scribbles, then relied on Mummy drawing what he wanted!
Rachel used up all 5 of her vests over the week. Jack (and mummy!) only ended up making 2!
