Leftover Selection Pack Rocky Road

If your house is anything like ours, then after Christmas, you are left with a mountain of chocolate and sweet treats.

We decided, after munching our way through ridiculous amounts, to use some of it up by making some delicious sweet treats.

So here is our recipe for leftover rocky road.

200g dairy milk chocolate

1 tbsp. golden syrup

80g butter

1 crunchie

40g Cadbury Festive Friends biscuits

5 rich tea biscuits

80g mini marshmallows

1. melt the chocolate, syrup and butter together in the microwave – for approximately 1 minute

2. bash the biscuits and crunchie using the end of a rolling pin

3. mix all the ingredients together

4. pour the mixture into a lined baking tray or cake tin

5. refrigerate until hardened

6. chop into bars or squares

7. eat your recycled rocky road!
